HuT Arrested

KHUDZHAND, Tajikistan – Authorities recently arrested three suspected Hizb ut-Tahrir members in Sughd Oblast, Avesta.tj reported November 20, quoting a Tajik Interior Ministry source. Police detained Nabidzhon Davlatov, 42, of the Mastchinsk district November 18. Last week they arrested Istaravshan residents Shavkat Mukhammadiyev and Dilshod Mukhtorov.
